Terms of Service

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our store policies.

Orders are processed after payment is received. Some items, including backdrops, tapestries, and stickers, ship within 24 to 48 hours after payment. Most other products are made to order and ship after manufacturing is complete, usually within 7 to 10 days.

Buyers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

We do not offer refunds except where a product arrives misprinted or damaged. In those cases, we may offer either a replacement or a refund.

We cannot offer a refund or replacement for products ordered in the wrong size.

Digital items are non-refundable.
