What currency are the prices shown in?
All prices are shown in USD.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed after payment is received. Some items, including backdrops, tapestries, and stickers, ship within 24 to 48 hours after payment. Most other products are made to order and ship after manufacturing is complete, usually within 7 to 10 days.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Buyers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds except in specific cases. If a product arrives misprinted or damaged, we offer either a replacement or a refund.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
We cannot offer a refund or replacement if the size ordered is too large or too small, so please review sizing carefully before placing your order.

Are digital items refundable?
No. Digital items are non-refundable.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually correct an address if you notify us within 24 hours of purchase.
